Job responsibility:

1. Responsible for inverter hardware system design, including main circuit topology design (e.g., DC/AC, DC/DC), power device selection (IGBT, SiC MOSFET, diodes, etc.), and magnetic component design.

2. Complete hardware circuit schematic design.

3. Lead hardware prototype debugging and testing, analyze key performance metrics such as power circuit efficiency, switching losses, and thermal stability, and resolve hardware-related issues.

4. Collaborate with software engineers to implement control algorithms in hardware, optimizing designs for driver circuits, sampling circuits, and protection circuits.

5. Participate in system-level validation (e.g., temperature rise testing, EMC testing, reliability testing), produce test reports, and propose improvement plans.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2. Proficient in power electronics hardware design, familiar with inverter topologies (e.g., full-bridge, half-bridge, T-type three-electrode) and modulation techniques (SPWM, SVPWM).

3. Proficient in power device (IGBT, MOSFET) selection and driver design, with familiarity in protection solutions like RCD snubber circuits and RC buffer circuits.

4. Experience in EMC/EMI design, capable of independently resolving issues like conducted interference and radiated emissions exceeding standards; knowledgeable in filter design and grounding strategies.

5. Proficient in using test equipment (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, network analyzers) and thermal imaging cameras for hardware debugging.

6. Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in power electronics software design, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

7. Experience in developing photovoltaic inverters, energy storage converters, UPS systems, or charging stations is preferred.

Job responsibility:

1. Design, simulate, implement, and optimize inverter control algorithms to achieve core functions such as grid-connected control and off-grid control.

2. Participate in inverter system debugging and testing, analyzing and resolving software-related issues.

3. Conduct standardized software development processes.

4. Compile technical documentation (requirements, design specifications, test reports, etc.) to ensure development compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL).

5. Collaborate closely with hardware and test engineers to facilitate product progression from prototyping to mass production.

6. Participate in on-site issue analysis and resolution.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields.

2. Proficiency in C/C++ programming with strong coding skills; familiarity with embedded real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS, RT-Thread).

3. Expertise in software development and debugging for DSP processors (e.g., TI C2000 series).

4. Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, SPI, I2C) and related debugging tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers).

5. Foundational knowledge of power electronics (e.g., DC/AC topologies, PWM control, loop design).

6. Strong hands-on capabilities and on-site problem-solving skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities; team-oriented mindset; high execution capability.

7. Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of software design experience in power electronics products, or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
